!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , I was wondering how people go about making forms that say “The sale is As-Is; seller is no longer responsible for future events” or something of that nature.

On a private sale, I believe the “as is” is implied under the UCC.

“Sale of this vehicle is on an “as-is” basis conditional to the mechanical state of the vehicle on (date) as agreed upon by buyer and seller. No warranty is expressed or implied. This absolves (your name) from any mechanical, structural, or cosmetic repair duties or costs after time of sale. I, (buyer), understand this and relinquish (seller) of any outstanding repair and am assuming ownership of vehicle “as-is,” in its present condition, as agreed upon with seller.
